Curve

Is there anybody else at ChattingTime who has a Curve Mastercard? I have the metal version, which costs me £14.99 a month, and this gives me cashback on selected retailers, travel insurance on my mobile phone & traveling abroad. When I joined, I opted in for the free card tier, which offered 1% cash...

Emails

Looking for some advice, really. I have a shared email server that allows me to send a maximum of 200 messages a day. My forum is expanding, and I keep reaching this limit throughout the day, so I'm looking for a way to increase this allowance as cheaply as possible. Thank you!

Christmas plans

It's hard to plan for Christmas. Especially when the UK government announced we would be going into a full national lockdown for one month. Consequently, my holiday for mid-December has now been canceled and I'll have to try and re-book for next year.

Re: Are yo excited for Halloween?

For those indivuals, who went trick and treating this year, what did you do to keep yourselves safe? And for the people who stayed in over the festitive night, what did you get up to? Halloween was sure affected by COVID, I just hope Christmas won't be drastically influenced by it.

Re: What Are You Doing Right Now?

Browsing social media, forums & watching television in the background. I'm getting ready to call it a night, as I have work in the morning, so it's important I get some shut-eye. See you soon!

Re: Xenforo too expensive?

Well, it sure is expensive forum software. The annual license fee is 55$ and this allows you to update the software, and then the price really starts to add up when you start buying add-ons. I personally love using XenForo.

Utility bills

Utilities are household bills that you have responsibility paying. Breaking each bill down, how much do you spend on a weekly or monthly basis? Has your expenditure cut down as a result of COVID-19? Are you being more cautious on what you use? Why or why not? - Water (sewage + metered usage) = £15.0...

Screen Brightness

Tell the community how you prefer to have your screen brightness. Obviously, the lower, the power supply which is consumed is less. Depending on the time of day, this will be one of the factors on how bright my PC monitor is. Usually early morning and late evening I will lower the screen light and s...

Re: Your favorite Cocktails?

My favourite cocktail is known as the Cuba Libre. This drink consists of cola, rum, and lime juice. I enjoy this beverage best with 3-4 ice cubes with a straw and a slice of lime on the glass. It's a lot cheaper to make the Cuba Libre yourself at home, rather than going into a bar or restaurant wher...

Re: Favourite drinks?

The refreshing Pepsi Max taste, you can't beat. This drink is a healthier substitute for Pepsi, for a can contains 27 grammes of sugar and our daily intake recommended is 32 g. The max version is definitely sweeter, which is great because I don't put any sugar or calories in my body!
